Testing institute in times of the coronavirus

In times of the coronavirus, the health of our employees and customers is the top priority for our testing institute. We strictly comply with the official recommendations and instructions. In this way we want to actively contribute to breaking the possible chains of contact.
From now on, the Testing Institute Locks and Hardware Velbert [Prüfinstitut Schlösser und Beschläge Velbert (PIV)] will work in a 2-shift system to reduce the number of contacts and to ensure the ability to work in case of an emergency.
We ask for your understanding that there may be delays in our procedures (answering e-mails, processing of examinations etc.). This unfortunately also affects personal contact with you.

We are currently somewhat more limited in our telephone contact. Therefore, the whole PIV team will gladly receive your inquiries by e-mail and will answer them promptly.

For the presence activities the premises are of course equipped with disinfectant and all employees are instructed on the compliance with the recommended protective measures.

We hope to get through the crisis together with you.
